These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fluxtab (the "Service"), operated by Fluxtab ("Fluxtab", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What Fluxtab does
Fluxtab connects to third-party AI provider accounts (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) using API keys you provide, retrieves usage and cost data from those providers, displays it in a dashboard, and can send alerts (for example, via Slack) when your spend crosses a threshold you set. Fluxtab is a monitoring tool. It does not make API calls on your behalf, does not modify your usage, and cannot stop charges from accruing on your provider account — it can only report on them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Fluxtab. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@fluxtab.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Fluxtab.
3. API keys and third-party data
When you connect a provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others we add later), you provide an API key. You are responsible for:
- Only providing keys you're authorized to use (your own, or your organization's, with permission)
- Scoping the key appropriately — we recommend and support read-only, usage/billing-scoped keys, and you should avoid giving Fluxtab any key with broader permissions than necessary
- Revoking or rotating the key on the provider's side if you stop using Fluxtab or suspect it's been compromised
Fluxtab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third-party provider. Your use of those providers is governed by your separate agreement with them. If a provider changes or restricts their API, some or all of Fluxtab's functionality for that provider may stop working, and we'll do our reasonable best to notify you but can't guarantee continuous compatibility.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Razorpay for the applicable plan on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Billing: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
- Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.
- Taxes: prices shown may not include applicable taxes (such as GST). You're responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.
- Razorpay is our payment processor, not a party to these Terms. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Fluxtab to access, store, or process API keys or data you're not authorized to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service to violate any law or any third-party provider's terms of service
- Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled syncs and alerts depend on both our infrastructure and the uptime/accuracy of third-party provider APIs, which are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
Fluxtab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Cost and usage figures shown in Fluxtab are estimates based on data retrieved from provider APIs; they may lag behind or differ slightly from your actual provider invoice. Fluxtab is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee against unexpected charges — always treat your provider's own billing dashboard as the source of truth for actual amounts owed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxtab and its owners/operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or unexpected provider charges, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamshedpur, India, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
