This page explains how Fluxtab subscriptions work when you cancel, and when refunds may apply. It supplements our Terms of Service. Paid plans (currently Pro at ₹499/month) are billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from Billing → Cancellation while signed in. Use the Cancel subscription button there. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle through Razorpay — you keep Pro access through the period you already paid for, and future renewals stop.
- Effect: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (cancel at cycle end).
- After cancellation: your account returns to the Free plan limits (for example, one provider and 7 days of history). Connected keys and synced usage history remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
- If you can't access Billing or the button is unavailable, email support@fluxtab.dev from the address on your account and we'll help cancel the subscription.
2. Refunds
Fluxtab subscriptions are prepaid for each billing period. As a default:
- We do not provide partial-period refunds for unused days after you cancel, except where required by applicable law.
- Charges already processed for the current period remain due unless we approve a refund under the cases below or as required by law.
We may issue a refund (full or partial) at our discretion when, for example:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan)
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from using paid features for a material portion of the period, and we could not reasonably restore service
- Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund
Refund requests: email support@fluxtab.dev with your account email, approximate charge date, and Razorpay payment / order reference if you have it. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription charge. There is nothing to cancel or refund for Free-tier usage alone.
4. Provider API costs
Fluxtab does not bill you for OpenAI, Anthropic, or other provider API usage. Those charges appear on your provider invoices. Cancelling Fluxtab does not cancel or refund spend on those providers.
